What moisturiser should I use?

What does moisturiser do?
Moisturisers are designed to moisturise the skin. There are two types – Occlusives, which form a coating on the skin’s surface and keep the moisture from escaping, and Humectants, which absorb external water.

How often should you moisturise your face?
We would usually recommend moisturising morning and evening during your skincare routine, however if you suffer with very dry skin, moisturise dry areas whenever you need to.

Should you moisturise your face at night?
Yes. Moisturising your skin before bed is a great idea because it soothes, nourishes, repairs and rejuvenates your skin while you sleep.

Does moisturiser help acne?
Yes. You may think you need to dry out the skin to improve acne, but it’s important to ensure your skin is getting the nourishment it needs. When to apply sunscreen, before or after moisturiser?
Apply sunscreen after your moisturiser to ensure it blocks out harsh rays.
